WORK AT SILVER STAR

SILVER STAR

Silver Star is known as an amazing family run resort that gets up to 7 meters of 100% natural light and dry snow, called champagne powder.

Located high above Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Silver Star offers you the ultimate Canadian ski resort working holiday that you’ve been dreaming of! Last year the resort had 5+ month snow season with the resort opening in late November and closing in April, offering you plenty of time to hone your skills on their amazing runs!

With 12 uplifts that can pump 14,000 people an hour to top of any of their 115 runs, getting cold in line up isn’t an issue. There terrain ranges for beginner to extreme and is spread over 3000 acres and 3 mountain faces. Whether you are looking for long groomed runs or powder filled shoots, Silver Star has it all! Night skiing is also offered, so don’t worry if you are working all day you can still get some runs in at night!

The village itself is themed after the 1900’s mining town, giving it a unique fun feel with all of its colourful buildings. With 13 restaurants and bars the nightlife here is good! Silver Star is also boasting over 100km of Nordic skiing trails as well. Boredom is not something you will find at Silver Star.

If you are keen to work at this amazing Canadian ski resort do not put off applying, as the interviews will fill up quickly!
