Nozawa Onsen is a traditional Japanese style mountain village in one of the best ski resorts in Japan! The snow fall here is crazy! They get about 7-8 meters per season at village level with a bunch more up the hill! If you are successful in applying for a job with Nozawa Dream, you will work in a small tight knit team that is big on team bonding. You’ll even get to enjoy a regular dinner between the staff and owners of the resort!

Nozawa Dream provides free onsite shared staff housing and everything you need for housing is provided (towels, sheets, etc).
