Having a smooth application process is important to us! We are upfront with all program costs and provide a comprehensive screening phone call ensuring you know how the program works. We try and answer all your questions and then provide you with our expert travel materials that will prepare you for your next step. Our entire application process is outlined below for you to review.

Be aware that there are some dodgy companies out there that will try and pressure you into applying. Always read the T&C’s  and beware of all the costs. If the costs aren’t listed on the companies website – we recommend walking away.

Step 1

Apply online:

To start your Germany working holiday adventure you will need to pay the program fee of $695. This deposit guarantees your spot on the program!

Step 2

Pre screening interview:
We will be in touch within 2 working days after you apply to answer any questions you may have and to give you lots of information about the visa process and Germany!

Step 3

Start the Visa Application:
We will send you the guidelines to complete the visa application. You can contact us at any stage with questions you have about the process.

Step 4

Insurance: It is a requirement of the Germany working holiday visa that you have insurance for the duration of your visa. You must purchase insurance before you submit the visa application.

Step 5

Submit the Visa Application:
We will review the documents you need to submit to make sure there are no errors. We will provide information about how you submit your visa.

Step 6

Visa Approval and Pre-Departure Arrangements

Once your visa is approved we help you get sorted out for your departure to Germany. You will get access to our online Knowledge Base which has comprehensive information about what to do when you arrive in Germany including advice about finding work. You will be booked in for your welcome dinner!
